Please take notice that on September 25, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of Waterloo adopted Local Law #2 OF 2023, a Local Law to Provide that the Exemptions for Solar or Wind Energy Systems and for Farm Waste Energy Systems Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 487 Shall not Be Applicable Within the Town of Waterloo, New York. This Law will be filed in the office of the New York Secretary of State.
