HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Waterloo, County of Seneca, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with James Cleere at 66 Virginia Street, Waterloo, NY 13165, where it may be seen, examined by any interested person until the last Tuesday in May.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative Assessment Roll on May 4th between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. May 8th between the hours of 8 A.M to 12 P.M. May 11th between the hours of 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. and May 18th between the hours of 10.00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 28th, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Town of Waterloo Municipal Building located at 66 Virginia Street in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
