DISTRICT AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Waterloo, County of Seneca, and State of New York, designated as Parcel 1, as shown on a map entitled “Town of Waterloo Edwards, Brewer, Hecker Roads Water District and Water Improvement Project” prepared by MRB/group, dated July 2024 and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the existing centerline of Hecker Road with the centerline of Brewer Road, said point also being the northeast corner of the Brewer Road Water District; thence,

1. Westerly, along the last mentioned existing centerline of Hecker Road and also along the existing northerly bounds of the Brewer Road Water District to a point at its intersection with the existing easterly boundary of Tax Map Parcel 21-1-79.2, said point also being the existing westerly boundary of the Brewer Road Water District; thence,

2. Southerly, along the last mentioned existing easterly boundary and also along the existing easterly boundary of Tax Map Parcel 21-1-09.2 and the westerly boundary of the Brewer Road Water District to a point at its intersection with the existing southerly boundary of Tax Map Parcel 21-1-09.2, said point also being the existing northerly boundary of the existing Brewer Road Water District; thence,

3. Westerly, along the last mentioned existing southerly boundary of Tax Map Parcel 21-1-09.2 with the existing northerly boundary of the existing Brewer Road Water District to a point at its intersection with the existing easterly boundary of Tax Map Parcel 21-1-08.1, said point also being the intersection with the existing westerly boundary of the existing Brewer Road Water District; thence,
