PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PRELIMINARY TOWN BUDGET OF THE TOWN OF WATERLOO, for the fiscal year beginning January 1st, 2026, has been completed and filed with the Office of the Town Clerk, at the Town of Waterloo, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested persons at all reasonable hours. Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Waterloo will meet and review said Preliminary Town Budget and hold a Public Hearing, thereon, at the Waterloo Town Hall, 66 Virginia Street, Waterloo, New York at 6:00 PM on the 27th day of October 2025, and that at such hearing any person may provide written or oral questions in favor of or against the Preliminary Town Budget as compiled, or against any item therein contained. Pursuant to Section 13 of Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
