RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WATERLOO
APPROVING ORDER OF
PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Town Board deems it to be in the best interests of the residents of the Town of Waterloo to pursue the creation of the Town of Waterloo Edwards, Brewer, Hecker and Packwood Roads Water District, pursuant to a Map, Plan and Report made by MRB Group, dated March 2025, and filed with the Town Clerk on March 7, 2025. (See Exhibit 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the Order Calling for Public Hearing, attached hereto, shall be signed by the members of the Town Board of the Town of Waterloo and published, posted and entered into the minutes in accordance with Section 209-d of the Town Law and the Town Clerk is hereby authorized to take any and all further measures necessary to comply with the Town Law in preparation for the final adoption of the aforementioned water district creation.
I, Rosemarie A. Marsh, Town Clerk of the Town of Waterloo, do hereby certify that the aforementioned resolution was adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Waterloo on March 10, 2025, by the following vote:
