The Town of Waterloo Public Notice:
“WHEREAS, the Waterloo Town Board is considering amending the Official Zoning Map of the Town Code pursuant to NYS Home Rule Law, § 10; and
WHEREAS the proposed Zoning Map Amendments were forwarded to Seneca County Planning Board for review and recommendation as required under NYS Municipal Law § 239-m. The County Planning Board provided their comments on the suggesting Zoning map updates regarding split zoning and other map updates for the Town Board’s consideration. Previous Annexation of property to the Village to be shown on the respective map along with consideration of new annexation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board offers a resolution in support to schedule a Town Board public hearing for the adoption of the amended Zoning Map to be held on Monday, August 26, 2024 @ 5:30 PM. Notice of public hearing to be published at least ten (10) calendar days and no more than 20 days in advance of the public hearing.”
