PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Waterloo at 66 Virginia Street, Waterloo, NY.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Town Board is considering amending the Official Zoning Map of the Town Code pursuant to NYS Home Rule Law, § 10; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Zoning Map Amendments were forwarded to Seneca County Planning Board for review and recommendation as required under NYS Municipal Law § 239-m; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board offers a resolution in support to schedule a Town Board public hearing for the adoption of the amended Zoning Map to be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 5:30PM.
